Terms
Photography A-Frame photographers will shoot the listing as-is at the time of appointment. Photographer is not responsible for cleaning or decluttering. If additional photos are requested above the purchased package amount, agent will be responsible for the increased cost of the corresponding package. If photoshoot is rescheduled or requires two different visits, a $50 fee (in town) will be applied, and $50 + standard out of town fee for travel shoots. If agent does not add appropriate out of town fee (anything over 25 miles from Meridian Idaho town center) agent gives A-frame permission to charge card for the missing fee as listed on the website.
Agent is responsible to make sure photographer has access to the home through garage code, keypad, or hidden key, meetup with the agent or the homeowner being present to let them in. Photographer does not have access to the realtor lockboxes. In the event photographer is unable to gain access to the property and the Agent has not cancelled or rescheduled, the photographer will wait 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, and shoot the standard exterior photos. Agent will be responsible to pay for additional fees for a second trip out.
The wet driveway effect applies to ground photos only. Drone photos are shot from an angle that makes creating realistic reflections much less feasible.
Agent agrees that photos cannot be reshot for subjective or artistic differences. A-Frame will reshoot blurry shots or missed rooms (not angles) at no extra cost. Extra Photoshop work like greening lawns, removing objects/clutter, or blurring license plates or family photos, or wet driveway is not included.
A-Frame remains the owner of the photos, 3D tours and videos. This purchase grants the purchaser a license to use the materials for the express, limited purpose of marketing the property, business or individual(s) represented. The material may not be rebranded, resold, or used for another purpose without the express written consent of A-Frame Photo & Aerial.
3D Tours (Zillow and Matterport) 3D tours are optimized for mobile viewing and cannot be edited. 3D cameras utilize the ambient light and may result in mixed color temperatures/color casts. The tours focus on the main dwelling with a maximum of 2 exteriors, and 1 per main room. Matterport focuses only on interiors and captures all required angles to create the renders. Zillow floorplan is edited and delivered by Zillow so any issues with the floorplan must be addressed directly to Zillow customer service. Zillow floorplan delivery is generally 1 business day but delivery timeframe cannot be guaranteed by A-Frame. Matterport and Zillow do rendering and deliver on their own backend and the timing on delivery is outside of A-Frame's control. The floorplans are generated by Zillow and cannot be edited by us, both dimensions and room names. Floorplans are not included but may be requested and included at the discretion of the photographer.
Drone Drone shot standard angles are: roof level front, roof level back, eagle eye, 4 corners. 1 Property outline (color pop) is included at agents request but agent must include a plat map or simple to follow property outline for editors reference. Weather can effect the photographer's ability to fly the drone. In the event that the drone shots can't be captured during the scheduled shoot time, the agent may elect to have the drone fee refunded, or can pay an additional $50 travel fee for a reshoot.
Cancelation and Reschedule policy (Photo Only) Clients may cancel or reschedule shoots up to 24 hours before the shoot time, after that a $50 fee will be assessed. The Client gives A-Frame consent to charge the card on file for the $50 fee. Refund will be for the full amount of the shoot minus the $10 or 3% (Whichever is greater) credit card fee and the $50 fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the shoot. The $50 fee will not be assessed for weather related cancellations (Rain, Wind or Snow -- Overcast conditions will not count).
Video Production
All videos, with the exception of Video Business Cards or business promos are delivered unbranded. Property addresses are shown on screen at the start and end of the video. Eliminating custom elements helps us streamline the process and keep costs low. Re-edits are not available with the exception of mistakes made on the part of the videographer and editor such as out of focus or bumpy shots, misspellings, and rendering glitches are examples of issues we would re-edit. Changing the music chosen by the editor, changing color grade, changing pacing, adding or taking away shots or any other subjective or artistic differences are not eligible for re-edits. The length of the videos will vary based on the content available to shoot at the property. The final runtime will fall within the range described and is at the sole discretion of the editor.
By agreeing to these terms, the client agrees that all subjective choices including, but not limited to: pacing, music choice, final runtime, fonts, color grade, length of shots, transitions, and sound design are at the sole discretion of the editor.
In the event that the client needs the edit to be changed for subjective differences, an hourly rate of $150/hr will apply.
Videos may not be re-edited or used for any other purpose than the marketing of the property shown in the video. The videos may not be re-sold to another agent in the event that another agent acquires the listing.
A-Frame remains the owner of the footage and edit and may use the material for its own marketing purposes. Delivery of the video represents a limited use license granted to the purchaser of the final edit for a period of no more than 24 months, with the exception of Video Business Cards which are licensed to the client indefinitely.
The client is given permission to edit the final video to add their own branding. A-Frame is not liable for any additions made by the client that constitute intellectual property infringement.
Video Business Cards or Business Promos
The client agrees that they are fully responsible for: securing locations, securing individuals who agree to appear onscreen as extras, giving testimonials, having location forms and talent releases printed and signed by the day of production (these will be provided by A-Frame via email), having their VoiceOver or script complete by the day of production. A template will be supplied by A-Frame. The client may choose to appear on camera or do an audio VoiceOver. The production time is no longer than 3 hours including drive time between locations (Drive time before and after production not counted against the 3 hours). A-Frame encourages no more than 2 locations.
The base video templates as described do not include any motion graphics, visual effects, CGI, or custom music.
Client will have the opportunity to describe the desired tone of the video at checkout but agrees that all creative choices including but not limited to: sound, music, color, pace, tone, runtime etc are at the sole discretion of A-Frame.
A-Frame and any sub-contracted individual brought to the video work will have the equipment necessary to shoot the project and carry $1m liability insurance policy.
Client may cancel the shoot up to 2 days before the shoot for a full refund, less the 3% credit card fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot will result in a "Kill fee" worth 50% the total cost of the project. Rescheduling the shoot is encouraged and will not result in a fee.
Video turnaround times: drone flyover, walkthrough, flowscape, FPV flythrough - 48 hours. Video business card and Business Promo - 5 business days.
FPV Flythrough The videos vary in length depending on the size of the house, flight path etc. A final runtime cannot be guaranteed and the timeframes shown at checkout are only estimates. On windy days it may not be possible to fly from the outside to the inside in one continuous shot. It may be necessary to create some edits in this case or in the case of multiple buildings on the property. We cannot guarantee that every space will be flown into. This is for safety and practical reasons and is at the discretion of the on site pilot. We will do our best to showcase the flow of the house. The flight path chosen by the pilot is at their sole discretion. We cannot re-shoot for subjective differences, including flight path, speed, music choice in the edit, color grade, and overall pacing. We will re-shoot for mistakes such as out of focus shots, card failures, sensor glitches at no additional cost. All videos will be delivered unbranded with address at the beginning and end. 4K resolution.
USE: The download links and marketing kit are good for 12 months from the date ordered. A renewal fee can be purchased for $25 for marketing kit. Transfer of license can be purchased by 3rd parties for 50% of the original order cost. All terms still apply.
A-Frame reserves the right to cancel a shoot for any reason at any time. If the shoot is cancelled by A-frame a full refund will be issued.
